You Park, We Sell Program This selling program is designed for the seller who doesn't have the time or desire to sell their own vehicle, or the individual who wants the help of professional sales people. Professionals who have on the spot financing, warranties, GAP, T.V., radio, internet, advertising.  You Park  We Sell  We perform a market analysis of your vehicle to help you determine it's selling price  We provide "Kelly Blue Book, and NADA" booking sheets on your vehicle to validate it's value  We provide a price sheet for your vehicle  We wash your vehicle once a week or as weather permits  We provide supervised test drives, and work for you to close your deal  We do all necessary paperwork, including paying off lienholder for you  We take trades  We provide on the spot financing for your customer  We provide warranties, Extended Service Contracts, GAP, and Pro Packs for your customer if they choose  We do all necessary D.M.V./D.O.L. work for you  Internet Exposure at No Extra Charge! When you take advantage of our You Park, We Sell Package for a four week period, you will receive your own personal high traffic internet classified listing to give your vehicle maximum exposure. The program price is  $399.00 for four weeks, payable in advance. When your vehicles sells, there will be a $250.00 selling fee if the vehicle sells for under $5,000.00.  The selling fee is $500.00, if your vehicle sells for over $5,000.00. You will also need to provide an emission certificate, if your local government requires testing.
